The service School Improvement provided meant that my transition from one local authority to a new LA was seamless. I was well informed and supported; was able to arrange bespoke sessions and reviews to fit my staff's needs and took advantage of the wide range of CPD opportunities available for staff at every level. I know that I can call on them at any time for advice or support.
