Our course focuses on the “safeguarding ” aspects of recruitment and helps schools meet the statutory requirement for safer recruitment training. Participants will learn about how to deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people, polices and practice that can reduce the risk of abuse and create a safer culture.
