This exciting new course offers middle leaders a structured and facilitated space to engage in quality leadership development, thinking and learning. It’s ideal for those new in their leadership development and will strengthen middle leadership and effectiveness.
This leadership development programme is facilitated by Andy Hind through a series of two x 2 hour virtual training sessions per term.
