Overview

Supervision has been shown to support Educational Professionals in their wellbeing and to help ensure that professionals have their practice constructively challenged in a supportive and confidential environment.

Description

This programme of supervision for Designated Safeguarding Leads consists of six sessions, one per half term over three terms, starting in Autumn 2023. Participants will be able to bring topics/cases they are concerned about for discussion in a confidential and supportive setting.
