In partnership with The Children’s Society, this funded session is part of a broader initiative to challenge gender stereotypes and promote gender equality in education. It involves a whole school approach, involving the school’s ethos, curriculum, and practices, to ensure consistent language and messaging about gender equality.
AM session
Train the Trainer model. We will deliver our 3-hour training for delegates and provide the resources you need to deliver this training back to colleagues in school.
PM session
Whole-School change – exploring and supporting colleagues and working with school communities and all stakeholders.
We will also look at good practice from other schools who have participated in the Lifting Limits programme previously.
There will be ample opportunities for discussion, questions and working as a group throughout the day.
Please note. The session is 9.30-3.30 for the main delegate, a senior leader is encouraged to attend alongside and can leave after AM session if they need to, however if the senior leader is the main delegate, they will need to attend both the AM and PM session.
Please note bookings must be made in order to attend the session. Maximum of 3 bookings per school
