A six-module leadership development programme designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities of Head Teachers and enhance strategic capacity, professional culture, and whole-school improvement.
This programme supports Head Teachers in deepening their leadership capital and developing the essential practices that drive high-impact leadership. Through six face-to-face modules, participants gain clarity on priorities, increase collective coherence across their school, and develop sustainable strategies for continuous improvement.
Led by senior consultant Andy Hind, the programme blends research-informed concepts with practical tools, protocols, and processes to help school leaders create meaningful and lasting improvement.
