Overview

This briefing session is open to all Bromley Chairs of Governors, or their nominated representative, regardless of whether or not their school has purchased an annual Governance contract with Governor Services – no charge will be incurred by the school for your attendance.

Description

This termly briefing session provides Chairs of Governors with the opportunity to hear directly from Bromley’s Director of Education on the key issues that are currently on the educational/governance landscape, both nationally and within the Borough.

Key governance updates will also be provided by the Octavo Governance Team.

A place must be booked beforehand in order to be able to attend the training session. Those delegates who have booked a place by 5pm on the day before the session will receive, via an email, a Microsoft Teams meeting link which will be needed to join the session. To ensure the security of the virtual meeting, Governors who have not booked and not been sent the link will not be allowed to join the training session.
